Pacific Homeworks just finished replacing my roof last week, just in time for the downpours!!  Lifetime warranty, quality work,  low down payment and really fast turnaround time.  Had the roof up in a few days from start of project.  Friendly crew, knowledgeable staff, a honorable mention to Eric Bensor project lead, punctual reliable and really nice! Thank you, awesome experience all around.

Pat, the representative from Pacific Homeworks, who consulted us about the roof was personable and easy to work with. 

The installers did the job as expected and the roof looks as promised. I would definitely refer anyone to Pacific Homeworks if the needed their roofs done properly.

Our most recent project with PACIFIC HOMEWORKS (our third major project) involved a re-roofing of the house. When we decided to get involved with such a large project, we immediately contacted Pacific Homeworks based on their performance on the earlier two. Their presentation was very thorough explaining in detail every step in handling the project. They proposed to use only the finest materials, trained workmen with continuous supervision. The professional crew were cooperative, industrious, and neat. The work was scheduled around forecasts of bad weather and accomplished with no interruption. Cleanup after completion was excellent. As we have said before, Pacific Homeworks remains at the top of our list when considering any further work to be done on our home.

I tried to be nice to tell their customer service that we change our mind not get the estimate for now so they don't have to waste their time calling me but she just hang up and slam the phone. I was going to give them a call when we have budget but I changed my mind not to do it with them anymore. I just hate it when customer rep give me an attitude.

Do not trust this company. They charged my mother twice the cost for her roof and overstated the square footage of the home. On top of all that they closed her account without her permission and opened a new account with 10 % interest. Totally illegal. Do not use this company. They also prey on the elderly.
