This hospice hires the most compassionate people! Anytime I need anything and call I get an immediate response. They do everytging in their power to help my grandmother and I am so grateful!

My grandmother just passed away and the wonderful staff at Pacific Hospice help my entire family with the process.  It had been a rough couple of months.  Nobody in my family has any medical experience or background, we were scared and had no idea what we were doing.  Thankfully all the nurses, nurses aids, social worker, pastor all took great care of my grandma.  We are so happy that we had Pacific Hospice every step of the way.

The nurses, home health aids, chaplains, social workers are very compassionate and caring. They are there with you during your time of need. Everything is taken care of for you. They were there for my grandmother.

The worst service anyone could ever have.  My dying Aunt lay suffering in the hospital bed with no help from Pacific Hospice.  NO ONE WANTS TO WORK FOR PACIFIC HOSPICE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PAY THE NURSES PROPERLY.  THEY NEED TO SHUT  PACIFIC HOSPICE DOWN.  WE HAD 4 DIFFERENT HOSPICE NURSES IN A MATTER OF 3 MONTHS.  THE LAST ONE NEVER EVEN CAME WHEN WE CALLED ON THE DAY MY AUNT WAS DYING. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  MY AUNT LAID DYING AND SCREAMING IN PAIN WITH N O ASSISTANCE  .  NO PAIN MEDICATION WAS ADMINISTERED IN HER LAST DAYS.

The nurses, social workers and chaplains were extremely caring and compassionate. The nurse practitioner also visited at the house. They helped every step of the way. The home health aide came to bathe my father, and she was compassionate and caring. When we called the answering service in the middle of the night, the nurse was at the house within the hour and administered medications and comforted my father. The chaplain came to pray with my father regularly. The social worker helped complete the medi-cal application. They treated us like a part of their family. I highly recommend them!!
