Story

At Pacific Motor Service, we specialize in taking care of our neighbors, one car at a time. Owner Kevin Donohoe is a ASE Master technician himself, and along with his wife and co-owner, Sue Anne, they train all employees to meet their high standards of honest and ethical work.

Mission

Pacific Motor Service's goal is to educate all customers about the importance of a preventative approach to auto repair, a proven way to save thousands of dollars over the life of each vehicle in a household. Owners Kevin & Sue Anne and their staff carry that education beyond preventative services, too, and strive to make sure that every customer makes an informed decision about their car's repairs.

This place is terrible! Every time we come here the owner tries to convince us something is unsafe with our car and it needs thousands of dollars in repairs. That is never the truth. We stopped coming here a long time. None of the locals use this place because they know better. Most of the reviews on here are fake. Check out the Yelp portfolio of these guys if you don't believe me... 2/5 stars.....

Horrible experience, after a costly service to replace two tires. They attached wheel locks on my vehicle........for all four tires. When I returned 2 months later due to faulty manufacturing in the tire wall, they asked where I had the wheel lock. I told them not only do I not have the key, but that they fixed my car last, and replaced those tires. So instead of taking the wheel locks off they broke the one and left the rest. I'm having to pay $$$$ to get them all replaced, and they ruined the strut to the tires they replaced. Overall I would not recommend this service to anyone who wants a good job done, with a competitive and decent price.

At 5:20PM on a Friday I am towed into their lot. My alternator is out, taking my battery with it. Kevin finds a supplier who will deliver a new alternator after hours, and then stays 90 minutes past closing time to personally make sure that I can get my vehicle back in time for a cross-state move. It is very rare to find a business that will go the extra mile for their customers. I wish I could take them with me, as I would go to them exclusively for all of my vehicle repairs.

While traveling through my car came down with an issue I couldn't identify. I called and Beau not only got my car in right away to get it diagnosed, the shop took care of me and got me on my way faster than I could have hoped. From what I could see, my car wasn't the only one getting prompt service since everyone I saw was busy getting something done. If I knew of a shop like this at home I'd be a loyal costomer. Thanks for the friendly and fast service Beau!
