Obviously there is a new Doctor in this office. Dr. Truong is the first dentist that i feel has only recommended exactly what I have needed. I know this, because my gums and teeth have never felt better. She is also gentle in the chair. I felt very at ease, and I am not a fan of dentists. The office is clean, professionally managed by her office staff of one, which tells me this is a budding business and is, after my three total experiences here, my new dentist. I have recommended Dr. Truong to my friends at work and family and know they will experience the same excellent care I have received. I am writing this review because I am in the service industry, restaurants, and I know what it means to have people complain rather than praise. Dr. Truong and her staff deserves kudos.

Dr. Lauren Truong is one of the best dentists I have been to in a very long time. She is caring, gentle, professional and knew exactly what I needed done without costing me a fortune

Very friendly. They try to make you relaxed with a back massager, music, and soothing animated pictures. My only complaint was how long I had to wait before being served.

This was my second or third time to Pacific Park Dental Care, so, this was not just a first impression. Were very nice on thge phone, but when you get there they start to upsale you on everything. First, they say that they wont clean your teeth unless you have full mouth x-rays. After the x-rays they say that you need a deep cleaning (very expensive without insurance), even though I just had one 6 months ago! Then, they tell me that brushing, flossing, and using listerine twice a day is not good enough. You need to purchase this $40.00 of mouth wash from them or your leaving your teeth unprotected. I start to protest and the Doctor (Liliani Liem) says that I have VERY good insurance and that I dont have to pay the co-payment, so, dont worry about it she says. Theyre NUTS! All they want is your money.
