I would not recommend this agency due to its lack of agent supervision and poor ethics.  Last year my family leased an expensive top floor apartment in Beverly Hills that was listed by Gibson.   Well, it turned out that the agent was also the acting property manager for the building's absentee landlord.  After the lease was signed the agent / manager changed the parking arrangements to encourage the other two tenants to renew, taking away safe access to our parking.

After incurring property damage, legal fees, and putting up with months of excuses and false promises, we ended up calling city code enforcement, who fined the landlord hundreds of dollars and made them fix it.  We then found out that the agent didn't have the appropriate license to conduct any independent real estate activities, which included property management.

We contacted Pat Heller at Gibson International to let her know that one of her listing agents was potentially violating his license agreement and harming her clients and presented her with dozens of emails that confirmed the issue, but as far as I can tell the agent was never reported and disciplined.  At this point we are waiting for the CalBRE investigation to resolve so that we can file a claim against the agent, otherwise we will only have to be able to go after the absentee landlord who was, IMO, clearly taken advantage of by Gibson.

We don't intend to file against Gibson since they can simply deny knowledge and claim errors in supervision, but we also don't want to see the same thing happen to other people, which is why we are posting this review.
