Pacific West Painting is the best company I have worked with in a very long time. They are professional, fast and efficient. They clean up the work area on a daily basis. The prep work prior to painting is by far the best in the business. It made a huge difference in the overall quality of the job and will prolong the paint for years. They were on time to work and were friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

We are extremely satisfied with Pacific West Painting. Their team has painted the exterior of our home twice; most recently, a few months ago, they also completed interior touch-up work. The entire Pacific West team is very professional, focused, responsible and reliable. Every one of my requests received an enthusiastic "YES, we can do that!" and every question was answered with thoughtful consideration. This is a no-nonsense team; they showed up at 6:45am every morning and started work at 7:00am. They diligently worked full days. The painters really like each other and often I would hear them whistling or singing; they seemed to like their job! It is without any reservations that I recommend Bill Dumond, President and Owner, and his Pacific West Painting team to anyone who is searching for a painter to do the job well!

After reading reviews of several house painters I decided to use Pacific West Painting. Bill Dumond, the owner, answered my initial phone call promptly and an appointment for our estimate was scheduled. He showed up on time, was thorough and professional, answering our questions in plain English, not in “contractor-speak”. Due to his previously scheduled jobs there was a delay in getting our work done. Bill communicated with us throughout the delay and by the time our work started 99.9% of our questions and concerns were addressed. His team always showed up on time. They were always respectful of us and our property. They were considerate of the fact that we were living in the house while they were working on it. At the end of each day their supplies were neatly stacked out of our way. There was never any trash laying around (previous contactors have left soda cans. water bottles and miscellaneous trash laying around the yard). We have many plants growing near the house. Not a branch was broken, not a leaf got painted, and there was no debris in the flower beds! During the prep work for the job an unexpected issue came to light. A previous painter had applied oil based paint over water based paint (or water over oil I’m not sure which) without proper preparation. We all know oil and water don’t mix. Bill and his team took the time to properly prepare the area (a full day added to their prep time) to ensure there would not be any problem in the future. Bill was true to his estimate and there was no increase in our final invoice due to this unforeseen issue. At the end of the job, even though my husband went over the work before the team left, Bill came by on a Saturday morning to see if I noticed something that my husband might have missed. We are very picky and there were a few very minor touch ups needed. They were done Monday morning. I would highly recommend Pacific West Painting and plan on using them when we paint our interior. My 30 year old house needed a serious new paint job. I friend recommended Bill Dumond and Pacific West Painting. Bill's team was always on time, always communicated what was going on and kept me informed if there were questions. They were polite, professional and left the house and surrounding yard cleaned up at the end of every day. They went above and beyond, even tightened my leaking hose connection. If you want excellent service and great results, this is the team for you! My house looks new again! Thank you Bill and Team!

The painting job we hired Pacific West to do was a big one: we have a massive living room/dining room area with 18 foot ceilings and our interior walls are, unusually, covered with stucco. This is how we bought the house 33 years ago, and we’ve never painted these walls until now. We had hired Bill Dumond/Pacific West to paint our house exterior several years ago, and were very pleased with their work then. They did not disappoint us this time either. Bill was responsive and gave us a complete and fair estimate for the work. The crew showed up promptly at 7 a.m. each of the 3 days they worked. They masked off the rooms and carpeting thoroughly and went to work. The crew was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient, and they cleaned everything up beautifully. In the midst of the job, we had to make one major change (to paint ceiling beams we had previously opted to leave as they were), and they were very responsive and cooperative. We are very pleased with the results—everything looks so fresh and clean, and there were no drips or mistakes. They did an outstanding job, and we would surely hire Pacific West for our painting needs in the future. A pleasure from start to finish.
