Billed for services I did not receive! Terrible customer service. Tried to rectify the situation and was told that I had no other option but to pay for services I never received. When I originally called to schedule an appointment for a mammogram (I was very clear on what services I wanted), the young lady that took my request, never said that they did not perform mammograms. Instead, she made an appointment. I showed up of the appointment and when the doctor came in she explained that they didn't do mammograms. A waste of my time! I did not receive an exam, nothing. I simply left. No services were performed! My insurance was billed and they paid, then the remainder was mailed me to. I refuse to pay for services I never received.  Frustrated and feeling used!

I've gone here for 5 years now and have never had an issue. Everyone who works there is very helpful and kind!

Dr. Beller has delivered two of my babies and is seeing me for my third. I couldn't ask for better care and a better staff. I would go any where else!

I absolutely love Dr Haugen and her nurse, Tracy! They are amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone. I am a nurse myself and have nothing but respect for these friendly professionals. They always talk to and play with my daughter (1.5 yrs old) when I take her with me, and always explain everything to me in as much detail as I want. I never feel like they are rushing to be done with me, even if the appointment is uneventful and routine. I have several friends who have also had this team, and they all rave about them too! Cannot give higher praise :)

Dr. Williams and her nurse Paige are wonderful, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. All of the staff are friendly and I am so glad to be using them again for my second pregnancy!
