This place has gone from the best place to utterly unbearable to order from. For the longest the language barrier was too hard when ordering. But the main complaints I have are their customer service. Me and my wife ordered from them and they didn't bring the honey garlic sauce for the honey garlic chicken. We requested to send back chicken with delivery person since by the time sauce would arrive it would be stale but they refused. Said they'd refund money and to return whole dish.. We've order from them countless times but they don't know how to treat their customers. Will not be ordering from them again.

This restaurant is my absolute favorite! The food is authentic and delicious, and the customer service is 11/10! The food is always great; I've never had a bad experience even though I'm a picky eater. The waiters are always welcoming and friendly and I never have to wait long for my meal. The restaurant environment itself is cozy and welcoming. They also do delivery which comes super fast and is really convenient. (Which is really good for when I'm hungry and need food ASAP!!) I love dining here with my family and friends, and I've even become familiar with the employees there! If you go there, I recommend the honey chicken because it's just so delicious and simple. Seriously, check this place out, you can never go wrong with Pacifico!

I ordered delievery and the food that came was inedible. The chicken wasn't cooked. The noodles were hard. Best part I called the restaurant to let them know that I couldn't eat it. They didn't even try to send new food or even give me a refund. I will never order from them ever again.
