Absolutely love this place! !! I recommend it to all my friends. The pizza is the closest thing to East coast pizza. Friendly service.  They have remodeled the place and it has come together very nicely.

The pizza is close to NY pizza. The customer service is terrible but I can see some improvement. Prices are reasonable,  the sandwiches are huge.

Very disappointed in the rude service we got from the man taking our order... he seemed like the owner. We were very nice and he seemed bothered that we even came in to give him business. My family owned pizza places for years and if we treated our customers that way, we houldent have customers. Sadly we will never be back.. dident even thank us just plain grumpy and ungrateful. Scared to try the food and place looked dirty.

I wasn't originally going to leave a review. But, now that I have never received my refund as promised I have changed my mind.
On July 17, 2017 I placed an order through Slice (which they force you to log into if you want delivery from this place) for  Pacino's delivery in Murrieta, Ca.
My food was old, cold, and hardened. Our salad had no dressing. Two of our meals were missing also.
I called to have the two meals brought to us, along with the dressing. When the rest of our order arrived the dressing was all over the bag and the two meals. 
I had 2 of 3 children with no dinner while the rest of us had hard cold food. 
I called to ask the owner for a refund. He claimed he had to contact the Slice company about that. 
I then submitted my issue through the Slice Support team. Slice has extremely good cutomer service (I thought). The email exchange I had with them was more friendly and apologetic than Pacino's by FAR. Slice also helped me to understand that the owner has to give FULL PERMISSION to issue a refund. Yes, that means he lied to me when he told me he had to "contact Slice to see what they'd be willing to do."
Ultimately Slice informed me that the owner had given permission for a refund minus the tip I had to consent to before the meal was ever delivered. With that being said, the refund I was to expect in 3-5 days never got credited. They did follow through with debiting my account on July 19 two days later. 
I will get my refund. I have contacted Slice again this morning. 
From my experience I would suggest to NEVER patronize Pacino's and I would also never order take out with a company who uses Slice as their middle man.

My favorite pizza spot. I come in for their lunch specials and usually get a slice and some wings. Their slices are huge and thin, totally reminiscent of a true New York slice. My favorite wing sauce is their sweet chili. It's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I've been coming here for 8 years and have never been disappointed.
