We had them as our accountant but they failed to file on time and the right forms. 5 years later they still spell my husband's last name incorrectly on their payroll services. we still receive mail from the IRS, stating that they have not receive the 1120 forms from previous Years. also let the CT payroll registration expired so now we are taxed at a double  rate. It took them 3 years to correct my SS number in the returns. very bad service, oh but payments were  automatically withdraw from our business account. Every year they would file for extension in your behalf even if you ask not too. and wont tell you about the possible interest and penalties if you ow taxes at the time of filing. The worst part it's that Peter Laforte (owner) would not take responsibility for any of their mistakes. they did change the name of their business to Laforte Financial Services. same services
