Story

Page One assists families and individuals living in Page County with emergency assistance with rent, utilities, and some medical bills. We also provide food to those in need through our Food Pantry. Additionally, we have a special fund to assist cancer patients. Our three thrift stores (2 in Luray and one in Shenandoah) provide the funds to keep our missions rolling (rent, utilities, payroll, insurance, repairs and maintenance, and office expenses). Page One's Missions Funds, however, come from donations and grants from our wonderful donors!

I am a thrifting connoisseur! This is by far the best I have ever been to, (and believe you me I sniff out a thrift store in every country/place I visit!) from price wise (2 bags for $8 are you kidding me?) to staff (management, worker bees, cashiers) and helpful people and also fun shoppers who know, like me, the thrill of the hunt! I miss you there so much, it was just a year in my life's journey, (I live in Germany now) and you made it so very rich. Thank you so much!

I have visited Page One, off and on, for 20 years. I live on the West Coast. Not much has changed except it is slightly better organized. And I love the bag sales. It's dusty and some items are Filthy Dirty. Be prepared.
