Good work, but I'd say the owner needs to learn not to talk down to people.  I went in there to get a specific job done.  I didn't need to be lectured like a child.

These guys are rip off artists. I paid almost $100 for a synthetic oil change. I noticed the oil filter hadn't been changed. After looking closer, I noticed the oil hadn't been changed at all. They tried telling me that they didn't know how it happened.  I wonder how many times they get away with this

These guys were super helpful and changed my oil while I waited. They had water available while waiting. They explained their services and answered any questions I had. There was even a friendly shop dog roaming around. No complaints from me.
