My Mother has been in here for over a year, I try repeatedly to call her on either number for day's if not weeks (they only have 1 phone for ALL RESIDENTS TO SHARE), and can NEVER GET AN ANSWER!!!! WTH is going on out there?????? Does anyone else have this problem???????

I stayed at Pahrump Health & Rehab approximately 4 weeks last fall and was pleased with what I experienced while there. In particular: the Staff was pleasant with us as patients and worked well together; The facility was super clean and was kept that way daily; lastly, I have dietary restrictions and the kitchen made every effort to accomodate them in my diet. I think management changes in the past couple of years have made a huge difference in the quality of care there. Thank you so much to the wonderful Staff at Pahrump Health and Rehab! Irene Smith

Poor is an understatement. a friend contracted c-dif and mrsa while staying there after a fall and broken hip. He had to lie in his own feces one day for 4 hours .. no offer of a shower or bath after.. and this is common? continuously. He also got severely dehydrated and there was no water by his bed. He also had no phone in his room and no one would answer call lights, clearly understaffed. If you care about someone, send them ANYWHERE but here. It smells of sewer in the building and one whole wing is sinking into the ground at least 3 inches, and a door could not be closed.

My mother is a patient recovering from hip surgery. I'm extremely concerned about her care. While in the care of this facility she contracted c-diff (a highly contagious condition) and has been in isolation almost her entire stay. Over the past month she has been complaining of severe pain in her ankle, foot, and leg (which is swollen). Nothing has been done to address this problem. My mother has been through cancer, knee replacement surgery, and a major stroke. She is not a complainer, but the pain has her in tears. No one her age should have to suffer this way. I don’t understand why her ankle has not been x-rayed or been give a MRI.

I am a volunteer and know that these caring and loving employees are the best in the business. My mom works memory care and I have seen places that make evergreen feel like the ritz
