Dr.Frank and his staff are awesome! They have patiently pieced me back together. I am greeted with a positive upbeat attitude, every visit as well as true genuine compassion. Dr.Frank and Tessa Gibbs PA always offer a variety of alternative options for treatment. They aren't the type to just push pills down your throat. They truly work hard to give you a better quality of life and also treat the cause of your pain. They have done just that for me and my family! I will forever be grateful for their care. I am so glad my Neurologist referred me to them before he retired.

Wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. He does not rush you through your appointment. He actively listens to what you have to say.

The office staff and nurses that I saw were quite possibly the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered in healthcare. Prepare to be made fun of, demeaned and talked down to by the staff. Dr. Wills seemed like a nice man and treated me with respect, etc. His staff though....good Lord! They included false details in my file including associating me with a general practitioner I have never heard of before. Apparently it takes 5 days and 2 phone calls to get them to forward the EMG referral they said they would put in right away. Oh, and the attitude I got for inquiring about it because I want to hurry up and put an end to my life altering pain! As for the examination rooms, I wish I could upload photos I took. Prepare to sit within 3 inches of a bio hazard clothing bin and admire the dirt and stains throughout the room while you wait for the hour it takes to see a doctor.

There has to be a much lower rating.! If there was i would without a doubt go there. You will get much better treatment in a third world country. If you like being treated like dirt this is the place for you. There is a real problem with simple addition and very basic courtesy. You are dealt with with no respect and if it is the P.A. that handles your case there is a true feeling of loathing. I wanted help not Hitler.

Every One at A.P.A, Everyone as a "Team" in the office, surgery center and the conveniance of Victory Pharmacy and not to mention Michele Chandler across the street you all are very much appreciated in the comfort you give me! I try to show it with fresh vegetables from my garden i'm able to maintain and my lavender! That's what I meant to come across when I wrote a quick comment at my last visit that you are a wonderful group of associates! Thank You! Sincerely, Alice Aaron
