They have no compassion when your in pain and have to wait a month to see them all they want is money they don't care about emergency scripts when you can't get in to see someone. Find a better doctor that will listen and care for your needs and health these people don't.... I've been going there for years but need a better doctor who cares.FIND A REAL DOCTOR THIS ONE IS A JOKE!

no nonsense place. he kept up as  he should on my liver functions (only one other doctor did that ever). Theresa is super nice no matter how rude  patients get,but she will tell you what you need to hear not what you want too. as far as the meds go he wants you to get healthy  and no fault can be found there. if he feels you are only there to get meds to run and sell or get a fix he will boot your butt out on the street.  sad thing is most will never know his nice side since all they want is pills. my daughter even likes him and she watches the shots every month he  hits me with and she does  not like people who hurt me or give shots period,but she is more welcome than me  lol!

The lady Theresa that works at his office is very rude and doesn't obviously like her job.  I've asked question and sent things about my insurance that she doesn't know too much about and did not file my insurance.  She is very rude when you speak to her all the time.  I hate having to call bc I don't want to talk to her.  She will probably be the reason I go somewhere else.  Dr. Gupta needs to really find someone that is more polite to answer the phones.
