I was in the fill a script and the system went down in the middle of my credit card transaction. I don't carry cash and the pharmacy could not accept credit/debit. Faced with having to take the prescription to another pharmacy the Pharmacist, who over heard the conversation, stepped up and saved the day..
I was very appreciative.
