Painted Sky Inn is a newly modernized and intimate get-a-way located on a deep-water cove on the Eastern shore of Lake Buchanan and conveniently positioned between Canyon of the Eagles Nature Park and Reveille Peak Ranch. This owner/operated Inn features nearly 600 ft of lake frontage and gorgeous views from every unit. The location is one of the best on Lake Buchanan for its open-water views, deeper water for launching and excellent fishing from its well known pier. Accomodations for up to 52 people makes Painted Sky Inn perfect for family reunions, church retreats, or just a weekend get-a-way.

Reclusive hideaway deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. We had the best time, caught lots of catfish!  Planning to return in the spring!  Denise is a great hostess and takes good care of her guests and her property.

Totally unbelievable views and a hidden gem!!! I surprised my girlfriend with a 2 night stay at the Painted Sky Inn for her birthday and we were blown away with our stay. We LOVED it. LITERALLY lakeside views from your room (like 5 -10 ft away) or anywhere on the property. Denise & Shawn were the hosts for our stay, they were super friendly & super helpful with my requests for surprising my girlfriend. Clean & cute rooms; again with views, awesome fishing pier, there was a campfire made every night (weather permitting), kayaks available (we went in separate kayaks and had a blast on the lake) plus much more. Our dogs are our family and they were welcomed and also loved the surprise. I can go on & on. We are already planning our winter getaway for the Painted Sky Inn, can't wait to go back. We were there during the week and had the place all to ourselves :)

Great customer service, very clean and welcoming grounds, beautiful view, everything you need in the rooms, room very well kept and clean.  Love this place.  Will definitely go again.
