It was really nice and clean place, and the service and treatment was good too. I will definitely go there again!!!

On the surface this place looks very nice. It appears tidy and clean. While the movies they run on the flat screens are nice, appearances can be deceiving. I had a pedicure with the so-called manager and she literally filed my foot until it bled. As soon as I felt that she was filing too much I asked that she stop. Since the employees there speak little english she continued filing vigorously until I removed my foot from her hands and demanded that she STOP! Yes, there was actually a hole in my foot almost 1/2" in diameter. I experienced severe tenderness and it took weeks to heal. Today I have a scar there to remember her ignorance. I discussed this with the owner without any resolve. My other "favorite" thing about this place is the names of all the employees. When you refer to them by the name on their badge they don't even respond because their simple American names are certainly not theirs! If you go to this place and like it I might assume that you have not a clue as to what a fine pedicure, manicure and customer service really is. I highly recommend finding another place for your nail care. In fact, RUN!

Pala Nail and Spa has a wonderful staff with a relaxing atmosphere where you can come to enjoy. I have been a client since their opening and I love all the services I have used. They also offer LCN nails which I receive, is organic artificial nail which looks more natural without having the strong scent. I highly recommend it!!

Not recommended! Had acrylics on Thursday evening by Friday one nail had come off, not broken off. Went back Saturday for repair and other touch-ups that were needed because the 2 manicurists working on each hand did not file very well. (Never had two different people working on each hand .This is definetely not recommended since everyone files differently and you could notice the difference). By Saturday evening another nail came off. I've had acrylics for over 10 years and never have I had this problem. Today is Thursday a week has gone by and another 2 nails have come off just wiping my hands with a paper towel. I will go elsewhere for a total re-do. For an expensive manicure I would expect quality service. Never returning to this place!!
