Horrible experience!!!!!!!! I recently moved here and my friend recommended this place. I took 5 shirts in & was told they would be ready by 5pm, a few days later. I showed up a few days later, at 6pm, & the shirts were not ready. They asked us to come back at 6:45. They close at 7pm. At 6:45, we had to wait another 15 minutes. Finally got the shirts. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & tried them again. I dropped 5 shirts off, was told what day to come back, & I came back a day later than that. They could not find my order, then found 4 of the 5 shirts, told me to come back later. I demanded my shirts on the spot. Owner grabbed the shirts off my hand and meanwhile his wife threw my receipt in the trash can also. When I asked for my shirts he is not willing to give them at all and demanded that I pay for five shirts first then only he will give any. After arguing for 15 min.. I paid for 4 shirts and told them to call me when they find my shirt. I followed up on it several times and they never found my lost shirt. DON'T EVEN ENTER THIS PLACE!!!!

I've used Palazzo Cleaners for 2 months and everything looked ok. But last time, I asked to clean spot on kid's shirt. They couldn't cleaned the spot, they didn't do it, but asked to pay for that $6.87!!! That's rip-off! I bought it for the same price! Also when I asked question about too high price for too small shirt, asked to look the price list, there is no price list, no website. The price came from their heads... I said it's too much and heard the answer "It's your problem" ....

Chemical BURN HOLES - I took some of my boyfriends shirts here after an admittedly wild time in Vegas. There were a few alcohol stains but nothing I haven'st seen dry cleaners fix before. When I got his shirts back although most of the stains were gone, tehre were chemical burns - HOLES - in the shirt. As well as a burn mark that looked like it was from being left on the iron too long. The owners said that the holes were probably from normal wear and tear (they'd only been worn once and I know there were NO HOLES when I brought the shirts in). Not only did the owners unprofessional deny it was their fault, but they insisted we pay to have the shirts back when they're obviously ruined and unwearable. I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism in my life. Upon further inspection of some of his other shirts I'd take there a week before to get cleaned, those had similar, small burn holes in the fabric. Nothing noticeable when I picked them up and am not used to having to check for holes, but there when I looked mroe closely - holes that look like what might be left if you wore a large heavy broach on a dress shirt. I was in complete disbelief. Not worth it if you like wearing your clothes ever again. Don't take your favorite clothes there, in fact, don't take any of your dry cleaning there. You might as well donate it to a charity. It'll see more use!
