Jackie is the best. I came in, the first time, wanting to take my naturally blonde hair to jet back and I was nervous about it. My regular hairdresser refused to take it black and wanted me to go dark brown, so I was trying out a new hairdresser. Jackie did my hair exactly the way I wanted it and it looked stunning. In addition, her pricing is very reasonable. She recommended permanent make up for dark eyebrows and lash extensions to complete the look and she was so right. She has transformed my look and I would recommend that anyone go to see her; and to trust her advice completely. She has an eye for exactly what you need to look your best. Thanks Jackie!!

Few weeks ago i decided to go get a hair cut.. well in the past i had bad experiences with other salons so that did not stop me to give it a try with Palazzo Salon. Long story short , they cut my hair just the way i like it and they did a fantastic job. Good work guys. I felt very comfortable with the surrounding and felt welcomed into the salon. Inside the salon has very high quality modern structure, some point it looks like those expensive Vegas lounges. Again perfect customer service , perfect results with my hair and perfect modern structure. The place is spotless clean . i highly recommend to everyone to go to Palazzo Salon.. trust me you wont regret it. 
Expect me to be there more often and recommend my friends and family to come Palazzo salon.

I would like to start off by saying, that just because you broke out doesnt mean you were provided with bad service. Many people break out from having threading done due to the fact that it opens the pores. It is highly unlikely for Jackie not to apologize if you were unhappy with something. Judging from the date of your complaint, Jackie was dealing with a death of a close family member so it is possible that her mind wasnt completely on you, but once again, she always provides EXCELLENT customer service. And every member of the Palazzo team provides excellent service and not to only their customers but to all the customers! 
And for Larry: NEVER has there been an incident for someone to walk into the salon and not be greeted with a huge smile and a hello and be offered a cup of coffee. So, if you want to lie and make up lies, at least let them be right! I would highly recommend you give the salon a second chance and come out of your box of thinking the world revolves only around you!
