If your visiting the Hamilton area. I recommend this place... No one beats their pizzas. And their tomatoe pies, WOW... Great atmosphere, and service... Take some time from your busy schedule, sit down with some friends or family, and enjoy the few moments of each others company... Dine in, or hang at the bar and catch the games...

This has been my second time to this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is delicious. You can have a home cook meal and not break the bank. The customer service is world class. I would tell anyone I know to come to Palermo's!

Place has really gone down hill. Food is normally pretty good. Last time I went into the bar area there were an aboundance of black flies. Not sure what's going on. Will probably try again however I'm currently not impressed.

Hands down some of the best (and consistent!) pizza I've had.  Try the Tomato Pie, with Garlic, you won't be disappointed.  Owner is super chill too.

As a party of 12 we were highly disappointed in both the service and quality of food. We had to ask for our  salads and  bread. The server was fast but un responsive to several request for one woman who wanted a glass of wine. One woman ordered a shrimp dish and was  told by the owner that they weren't over cooked  but not good  quality shrimp. As a group of women who frequent many restraunts we will never return to this place. The wait for all courses was long and definitely not worth the wait. We  wanted dessert but feared the wait would be to long. We asked for coffee/tea  and had to asked  for sugar/creamer.  Very disappointing place
 Not recommended to anyone.
