DO NOT use this company. VERY Corrupt. We bought a home and they told the seller they fixed the AC and never actually did the work. They even admitted it to us. It's been close to 2 months and they still haven't come out to do the work they billed the seller for. They won't even respond to use or our real estate agent or the seller.

I came home to my property in Satellite Beach Friday night at 8:30 pm to a broken Air Conditioner. I called some friends and a co-worker and they all suggested Palm Bay Air and Heat. Once I made the call the company came over very quickly and stayed until after 11:00 pm trying to fix my A/C unit. The broken unit was 10 years old and was not worth repairing in my opinion so I asked them to give me a quote for replacement . After reviewing the quote I was very pleased with the price and all the work described. Only problem was that I had a pregnant wife and 4 year old daughter burning up inside and I wasn't sure we could go the whole weekend without cold air. The two technicians assured me that they would not let that happen. The next morning (Saturday) Palm Bay Air and Heat showed up with high strength portable A/C units to cool my house over the weekend. This was such a relief. The following evening (Sunday) the company called and reassured me that they would be the new unit installed asap. Come Monday morning bright and early I get a call that they are on their way. My new unit was installed Monday before I returned home from work and was home was ice cold. Overall the service, timing, price, and communication were excellent. I highly recommend Palm Bay Air and Heat!

Great company with a group of guys more like a family than anything and when they did my install it was great to see them work seamlessly almost intuitively with each other

Have them come to my father-in-law's house because I live out of state. Charged $130. System still working fine. I do HVAC out of state in New York. After reading the reviews for this company. You people should come to New York we charge 200 just to show up. And that doesn't include our flat rate pricing

In and out in less then 10 min, poor service, a big joke, grab money and run , the guys didn't even know if I had a heat pump which I do a waste of 80 dollars
