Do not used this tax service they are dishonest my father used the service in Palm Bay and he got rob. He paid $198.00 before he leave the office for his filing fee and when he got his tax return check he was charge $290 again. with no explanation, when he ask the accountant he was told to speak with the IRS, because they took it out. we call the IRS and they advise us they did not take any money from the return. We went back to the office and the accountant then stated it was the bank that take the money not him. So we call the Civista Bank while we were in his office and put it on speaker and we ask the representative to explain the deduction because the accountant accused them of taking the money the representative explain the accountant is the one that put the information for the payment as his fee because he was not paid, but the accountant still denied it even when the bank explain it. To all customers that used this service in palm bay check with the IRS to see what was deposited to this company account. Also check what amount was electronically sent to the IRS and compare it to what is on your filing copy. They are changing the numbers before they sent the file. We will be taking them to court, they are dishonest. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

They were a big help! Very thorough, kind, AND they take their time to help you. Most tax preparations want you in and out but not them. I highly recommend them to everyone. 🙌🏼
