Have not done business here yet, but Sean took my call on Saturday while I was at Gainsville Dragstrip on test n tune. He was very polite and took the time on his day off to talk with me for 12 minutes. He answered my questions and gave me good info about my car and their tuning capabilities. This type of customer service earns business. I will for sure be doing business here.

After some "bumps and bruises" with a previous shop I finally found a Tuning Expert (Ken) who really knows what he is doing and even more importantly treats his "Clients" with honesty and respect. The staff at PBD are awesome! And understand that we are not just "Customers but Clients" their attention to detail, integrity and superb service really sets them apart. Highly recommemd them! Customer/Client for life. Keep up the good work Ken/PBD Staff. You have my support!

I gave a one , I would give a 0 but there isn't one there Non quick on responses . I wouldn't waste my time or money. "Anytime I call they say I'm so busy "I have to much work to do and give me a run around. "If your overbooked you shouldn't take what you can't handle. "Non satisfied customer.
