We had lunch at this amazing place today. Very casual, but the food is one of our best experiences in west palm beach/ palm beach area!!!! So delicious.Recommended dishesPastrami, PBM Wagyu Burger
Wonderful experience , my taste buds are still recalling the food. We came for a pop-up with Chef @ras_bj_the_chef from Tampa. Will definitely come again.
Highly Recommend! The best cuts of beef I've ever seen. I've only purchased 2 different wagyu NY strip steaks from THEM. Both were unbelievably good. They are clearly very picky with the beef that they sell. The service is also exceptional. The woman explained how to cook it vs a regular far less marbled strip steak. She even told me that I could message them on IG with any questions while cooking the steak after they close and the owner would respond within a minute. That's certainly going above and beyond. It's not cheap, but the price is excellent for the quality. Other places charge more with lower quality but still good product.
Hands down the finest steak butcher market in West Palm Beach. Ended up with a rib eye and tried the Denver steak. Owners were really nice but the premium meat selection was amazing! Will be back for more rib eye and def gonna try the tomahawk steak!
An old but relevant review: There's eating at a restaurant, and there's experiencing a chef or team's heart and artistry; Palm Beach Meats’ Clandestine is the latter. The three of us trusted Chefs Emerson Frisbie and James Cruz with our palates, as this was a pre-fixed menu, and left feeling like we bought tickets to a different time! First off, it was intimate: low lights, lit candles, beautiful cutlery, and soft tunes. Each course was unique to us and quite mindblowing. While everything was delicious, my favorites were sweetbreads with guava demi, the mushrooms pay extra for the alba white truffles paired with a broth that crunch!, and that tender wagyu Palm Beach Meats is famous for bringing to the area.
Since the reviews of this place were so excellent we decided to give it a try. We took some friends with us to try their pop up lunch and we all were so happy we did!!! They don't have a set menu, since it's based on the chef's specials of that day. I forgot the name of the chef oops, shame on me, his specialty was made from scratch biscuits and boy were they good! We had the wagyu patties, chorizo sausage, chicken thigh sandwiches all with the biscuits along with their house sangria. Their beer selection was awesome as well. We were all so excited to try our food that we didn't even take pictures. Can't wait to go back again. Excellent place to eat, drink and shop! Special kudos to Eric for going the extra mile to get a hamburger bun for my husband, since he's dairy intolerant and the yummy biscuits were made with dairy.
Just saw in this mornings Palm Beach Post. Most amazing Wagyu Philly Cheesesteak ever! Thank you Emerson, what a hit Palm Beach Meats is.
My son and I went in here, because I heard very good. Decided to try the $14 hotdog. But unfortunately it was cold. We were in a hurry so I didn't complain. But it was not good. My son got the burrito. It was very tasty. Prob won't be back. We dined in. Parking: Easy
OMG. If you haven’t been there, stop what you’re doing immediately and drive over there. Not only do they have the most amazing cuts of Wagyu steaks, but many many many other delicious cheese, pastas, meats… And, of course wine. As soon as you walk in, you will realize everybody in there is somewhat of a regular, you will soon join that group. They put on events everywhere, but there is nothing like coming into the store. Their menu items are incredible and whatever they have on special, don’t hesitate - order it. You will not be sorry. We had the wagyu Frito pie, wagyu beef tapas, and fried Wagyu bologna grilled cheese. Yes you read right. Check out my pics. On top of all the amazing food, the owners are salt of the earth, warm and kind people. Absolutely love love love this place and affirms my philosophy “you get what you pay for.” Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor
Stopped in here on a whim and so happy I did. The cheesesteak was absolutely ridiculous - one of the best bites I’ve had. I also got a beautiful waygu ribeye and duroc pork chop that I can’t wait to cook. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Check this place out !
