Under New Management!!!!
This location is now under new management and is better than ever.   Frank and his team are attentive and knowledgeable about the homes they sell.  Frank helped my husband and I with the credit run and even allowed us to check homes out first hand.  Looking at the homes in person are nothing like the pictures.   They just don't do the homes justice.  Although our circumstances changed with our home searching, we recommend Frank and the Palm Harbor team to EVERYONE looking for a great quality product and awesome customer service.

They will not even talk to you until you have submitted your credit score to them. I have great credit, but would much rather be looked at as a person, rather than a number.
