Story

Palm River Mobile Home Park. We are a 55+, pet free community located on the Cocohatchee River. We offer a dock for fishing, relaxing and/or placing your boat. Our boat slips are able to accommodate a boat up to 20+ feet. You are just 15 minutes, by boat, to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.

You will notice from the moment of your arrival, the pride of ownership by the manicured yards filled with swaying palm trees to blooming flowers and shrubs. We offer a wonderful outside garden area for lounging or soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. When your not enjoying the sun or water you can go shopping, dining, banking, worshipping or, heaven forbid, visit the medical facilities. There is a Walmart within 2 miles of the community. Residents enjoy riding bikes or walking around the community on our paved and lighted streets.

Perhaps you may want to join in the fun in our seasonal Recreational Hall where our homeowner’s association offers pancake breakfasts, game nights, bingo, potlucks and even morning coffee. You can play a game of pool, shuffleboard or watch your favorite game on our large screen television. We offer one central location for mail deliveries close to the manager’s house and office. There is an onsite laundry room and clotheslines for those who want to go “green”.

We are a rental park whereby the residents own their homes and lease the land. All lots include water, sewer, general lawn mowing, garbage and yard waste pickup. By clicking on the “Homes for Sale” button, you will be taken to a current listing of homes for sale in the community.

We offer RV spaces with full hookup. Cable television is available through the local cable company, Comcast.
