When my mother passed away Kayla went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. She stayed in the office to meet me when she could have gone home. She was compassionate and helpful. Although I don't wish to go through the ordeal of arranging final burial needs for a loved one, i strongly recommend Palm to help you through this journey.
I would like to thank all the staff whom I dealt with at Palm South Jones Mortuary for their kindness and professionalism during a most difficult time. It has to take special people with the highest possible customer service skills. You can't fake the amount of concern and care that they gave me. In fact, the person I started the process was leaving for vacation and still checked on me and made sure everything was taken care of with her colleagues. When I first went to make arrangements, I explained what I needed for our particular circumstances and they never attempted to sell me additional costs. If coarse I don't want to go through the heartbreaking task of making funeral arrangements anytime soon, but I would trust Palm Mortuary again.
Our Funeral Director, Yvette Rodriguez, worked hard to serve an elderly widow even though the cremation package was pre-purchased years prior. She went above and beyond by coordinating with a California burial site. We initially refused additional services, but changed plans at the last minute over a holiday weekend without difficulty. The flowers and catered food we purchased for the local memorial were exceptional and complimented by all attendees. Yvette Rodriguez was even able to navigate chaotic blended family dynamics with grace and understanding. We cannot speak highly enough of how exceptional the whole experience was.
Palm on Jones has taken care of my family for years. They were there when my father passed, continued with my mother, my husband and now my brother in law. They were caring, thoughtful, and understanding. I recommend them to all my friends and relatives in the valley and throughout the country.
Palm Mortuary has been the best in planning both of my parent's funeral's. Everyone there has been very supportive.

I recommend anyone in need of this service to allow Kayla and her staff to assist you in your most difficult time. She provided a sympathetic and caring environment for my family to grieve and say their goodbye’s to a wonderful woman that was loved by many. Devisated by my loss Kayla was very understanding and helpful I am so greatful for the service she put together for my family.
As Palm Mortuary will probably state they are just “ doing their job” as they were very professional to the utmost. Caring , understanding and kind are words that are just understatements. Someone even came out and gave me information as I am a veteran with veteran funeral preparations. May God continue to bless their business!
Of course no one ever wants to have to use a mortuary because of the loss of a loved one. However, Palm Mortuary has been so wonderful to work with the 2 times I have had to. I used North Jones in 2014 and was impressed then and would recommend them. My family member passed from COVID earlier this year and already had arrangements at Palm South Jones. Kayla handled everything for us and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. I can't even put into words how easy she made a very difficult process. First of all she is friendly and personable and genuinely compassionate and empathetic. But she was always so accessible, explained things well and answered numerous questions that I probably already asked but forgot the answer to. The whole process was so easy and stress-free, which was very much appreciated by my family and I. Thank you to Kayla and everyone at Palm S. Jones. If you are looking for a place to make arrangements either for a loved one or maybe pre-planning, I highly recommend Palm S. Jones.
They were very helpful under the circumstances. I had used Palm Mortuary before, They did such a great then. No doubt where I was going.Very patient with me,I was in isolation. When I was able to visit them. They were very helpful. Tyisha interacted with my friends when I was unavailable. Flowers, service were very good. Overall Happy with Palm Mortuary. GREAT JOB!
