Joseph was great to deal with. Being from out of state and trying coordinate everything from long distance, Joseph went above and beyond to help. My mother passed away on Thursday and we made arrangements for the burial to be on Monday at 11. They told us we had until Monday morning at 8 to pay. My father paid on Sunday afternoon. They call us Monday 2 hours before the mass that starts at 10 that they won't be ready until 3pm. Seriously? 11am was confirmed 3 times.

Bring money...They want $2900 for a simple cremation.  That is twice from one funeral home in Pharr and three times a cremetery wants in La Feria.  Would not provide me a quotation over the phone.  Made an appointment and when I arrived on time, the representative was not there and arrived 15 minutes late.
