I went for a Abhyanga massage 60 minutes. It was phenomenal- I wasn't too sure what to expect as I've never had one before. The pressure was firm and the experience was intense- it definitely brought me to a state of relaxation. The oil that is used feels rejuvenating to your skin and hair and the scent used places you at utmost relaxation. This is not a deep tissue massage however parts of the massage were definitely therapeutic to tight spots within my body. I bought a Groupon which is how i discovered this massage form and the place! Definitely worth it. The spa itself is clean. The next day my skin and hair  still feels nourished from the oil.
