I made an appointment to have electrical work done by Palmer; I called and confirmed that they would arrive between 8am and noon today, at 11am I called Palmer, and they again confirmed that they would be at the house by 12:00pm. At 2pm I called and asked when they would be showing up, they said they would be getting back with me. At no point did anyone from Palmer apologies or reach out to me to let me know that they would not show up. Very disappointed and very poor customer service.

One psychopath working in upper management might be a fluke, two psychopaths, highly unusual,  however three just means it's their business model.   Without a doubt the worst company I have ever worked for, cannot tell the truth even if the truth will do.
I should have listened to others who warned me.  Constant harassment and complaining, all while the job you are hired for is going well, I cannot imagine the level of abuse if you face challenges on the job.  I have worked on 2 prison work squads who treated the workers better. All these comments only apply to commercial division, I have no idea how their residential dept is. 

Summarizing : no company owned tools, no assistance from the shop, no information,  no respect,  bait and switch hiring techniques, and it's hard to even get your supervisor to answer the phone.

Palmer Electric is taking care of our new home in Bentley Green of Deland. They've had one man out, Chad, performing all the work. We couldn't have gotten a better electrician. Chad starts early and works late every day. I've never seen a better work ethic. Understand that I've served 20+ years in the US Army. We're used to doing more by 9 am than most in an entire day. Chad gives us a run for our money.

I have used Palmer for two jobs including a whole house rewire. The electrician was Angel, he is very professional and very nice. The office staff however are horrible. They get your money and then treat you rudely. I will never use this company again because of the office staff.
