The staff always greets me with a smile and calls me by name.  The office atmosphere is relaxed and professional.  If there is a delay I am informed and not just abandoned in the waiting room.  Dr. Palmer is a skilled dentist with a most congenial personality that puts the patient at ease.  And, he does not operate with a one size fits all approach.  I am always aware of what he is doing and why he is doing it.  In fact I feel involved in the process.

I had the same excellent care I used to receive when Dr. Smith was there. They will remain as my primary dentists for sure.

Dr. Palmer is not my usual doc but I never have a concern as he and Dr. Werner are wonderful! So today I saw Dr. Palmer and it was a pleasant informative visit.  Heather cleaned my teeth and had good information and "teeth tools" to help my mouth be in the best shape "I" could put it in!  She is a pleasure to have as my hygentist. Thanks for having her on staff. The office staff was inviting and warm as well.....Job well done everyone!

I'm very pleased with Palmer Werner contemporary dental office and staff. My hygienist Heather a.m. is outstanding. Couldn't recommend a better place to go!!!

As always...Drs. Palmer and Werner did a great job in making me comfortable and really paying attention to my needs.  Hygienist Heather is awesome!  My hygienist, Jenna, is OUTSTANDING!  Only the best for my family...an excellent experience every time!  Special shoutout to Diana for fitting me in on short notice!❤️
