I wish I could give a lower rating, not even a half of a star. These people if they can be call people are killers. Please stay away from this hospital if you love your family. One thing they care about is your $ and nothing else, doctors are horrible especially doctor "PAZ" looks like a nice person but he's not, he'll kill your family member with a smile

This has become the worst hospital, I have ever seen!!! I thought the website for check in to ER was working according to triage nurse with white/gray hair that turns her ID badge so no one see her name said that the check in doesn’t work anymore. So when I arrived at 12:30 pm I had to recheck myself in. The same triage nurse said asked me for rate of pain from 1-10. I ha told he 10 and she said but your not crying. Ridiculous!!! Then the ultrasound guy Richard was nice. The ARNP Yancy Lopez was nice and apologized for giving results 5 hours late! And patients have to pay for parking! Really! What on the world is going on here! I didn’t feel this hospital did a good at all. I am going to another hospital to get a second opinion! Never! Ever!

Im never one to complain about the services of a hospital because I'm aware of the bulk load that comes with the medical field. However, in this particular hospital, the service was very bad that I actually left sad. My brother, who was the patient there, left not aware of what was really going on with his arm. ( we later found out where and what part of his arm was broken). The service was longer than usual which really made me question whether or not they were concerned for the health of the patient or they just needed someone to occupy the room. I hope they can improve this.

Its abusive the waiting that patients have to go thru. We got here at 12.00 noon .My husband is having a ablation and 4 hours later we still waiting for him to be call to the Cardiac Cath Lab. He's diabetic and he hasn't eat since 7.30 am. Incredible. No wonder they have bad reviews.

The hospital itself has improved in many ways over the years. Most of the nurses and doctors are very professional, knowledgeable, and have the patient's best interest in mind. The newer neurological wing has the best technology, and most comfortable environment for the patients and their families. My horrible experience was particularly with one nurse who works in the ICU, but somehow requested to work at the neuro wing the day after I met him. Robin, is an older, tall, man with dark hair, and usually works in ICU. I met him one day when my father in the neuro wing and we needed to heat some food for my mother who was practically living at the hospital. As he was shuffling papers around one day, I asked him if there was a microwave I could use, he said he could take me to it as he whispered under his breath (in spanish) "if I could only find my papers, because I went crazy when I saw you". I ignored the comment, answered a serious of questions he asked as I heated up my food, like where I was from, what I did for a living, and then left. The next day.... Robin had requested to work not only in our unit, but specifically requested to be my father's nurse. I woke up to him bringing me a blanket, and physically covering me with it... As the day went on and he got what I'm sure was nasty looks from both my mother and I...he brought us each a candy, and said "here's a candy so you can sweeten up you life because you both have sour looks on your faces" (My father was dying). He even asked me about my outfit, "is that the kind of clothes they wear where you are from? You look cute" he told me. He told us how much money he earned, told us how old he was, all kinds of personal information. He even tried explaining where the trachea was, as he put his fingers on my neck! Basically... he spent the whole day trying to do things for us, offer us food, blankets, coffee, gum, all kinds of things. While my father still had not gotten his medicine, been turned in bed, urine bag had not been emptied... It was a complete disaster, he did nothing all day but mingle!!! That same day my father was supposed to go into surgery, so we urged him to call and make sure we knew what time everything needed to be ready for, he proceeded to tell us why he did not like doctor Vesuvus, he said "she makes the nastiest big holes" (in regards to the trachea surgery). Finally his shift came to an end, and he stayed "overtime" to log his information into the computer, even though he had done nothing all day (He does this every single day). Needless to say, it was the worst day of my life. The lack of professionalism, laziness, and plain disrespect, was disturbing. My family dealt with him some more when my father was transferred to ICU. How he still is working as a nurse, surprises me, the fact that he doesn't have a sexual harassment case against him surprises me even more.
