This is without a doubt the BEST apartment building in Boca Raton.  I have lived here for 7 months now and just renewed my lease for another year.  The amenities are top notch from the resort style pool to the beautiful gym.  There are five BBQ grills that are well maintained and always clean.  The apartments are really nice with great kitchens and balcony's.  Most of the residents I have met are super nice,  many of whom have become friends.  
I noticed some negative reviews, and must say I have a hard time believing them.  After 7 months of living in the most populated B building I have yet to see dog pee in the elevators or hallways.  That said, there are numerous dogs in the building and I am sure there are occasional accidents.  If you don't like dogs, then perhaps this is not the building for you.   Lastly, I can't say enough about the staff at Palmetto Promenade.   The leasing team is amazing, and they continue to be helpful even after a lease is signed.  The maintenance crew is extremely responsive, professional and courteous.  This is a great building, and I am certain there is nothing better in Boca!

The new manager is a breath of fresh air.  I had a wonderful conversation about an issue I was having and it was addressed that day.  She even called me back to give me the status.  There is no pool like this anywhere in Boca.  I use the gym every morning with another friend at the property.  The apartment finishes are next to none.  I love it hear and excited to be renewing my lease.

Great staff and facilities. The gym, pool area and outdoor kitchen facilities by the pool are second to none. I feel like I'm living at the Ritz-Carlton. Community events really bring the neighborhood together. Thank you Palmetto Promenade.

I’ve been to this location for a visit a few times  and my experience has always been positive! Super friendly staff and the building offers a beautiful upscale lifestyle. Plus you can’t beat the short walks to dining entertainment and the beach!

They advertise beautiful amenities that they never actually offer. It’s a shame. Really pretty building with great location being ran into the ground by Greystar. Residents let their dogs pee in the elevators and the building does not take care of it. Be careful if you live here. Every time you walk into your home you have to be aware of stepping into pee because it’s all over the elevator and common areas. If you don’t mind paying a premium too live in a community that is managed like a ghetto, then this is the place for you! Definitely won’t be renewing my lease here. Total dump.
