Restaurant: The wait staff was nice and the prices were reasonable. They have generois portions and the food was cooked amazingly. No smoking in restaurant.

Casino: All computer slots with no tables. Smoking is allowed in the casino.

Truck stop: The truck stop does not have a shower and overnight parking is $10.

This is one of the coolest places to stay. Right up from a national landmark. Where the battle of new Orleans took place. Everyone was super friendly. And was able to get a taxi ride for 17.00 down to bourbon street. Taxi just up the road ask for Robbi he was very friendly and made the whole experience better. The palms restaurant is some of the best food u will ever eat don't think they make a bad thing in there. Manager and waitresses super friendly making it a fun meal. Only complaint is bathroom could be cleaner and showers are under construction until march.Not a bad part of town feel safe. And great place for a dog to run and have fun.

Went here to eat for a business meeting . The catering was on point. Food was hot and delicious with generous portions .

Well 
No showers and  food 
Just plain jane convenient store .
If they had showers and deli be a great place
