When organizing a funeral with a quick turn around of 2 days I didn't think anyone could make flower sprays in time. Pam eased my anxiety and did an AWESOME job!!! I highly recommend her!!! HALF THE PRICE OF COMPETITORS TOO!!!!

Just perfect! Pam was so kind and helpful. I felt immediately at ease; I even had to add on to my initial order which was handled without any worry. My flowers were beautiful and my bouquet dried wonderfully as a great keepsake. Her pricing is beyond fair; she will be the only place I buy flowers in the future!

As a first time customer ordered for a somber occasion (funeral). Not only did Pam follow through with  pleasant communication she also made the arrangement fuller than called for. The arrangement was beautiful and added sunshine to a sad event. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone wanting a reputable florist that stands by there work and can be relied upon to respond to customer request in a timely manner.

My husband has flowers delivered to me in a regular basis and we decided to try Pam Pollards because it was recommended. My husband had a arrangement delivered to my job for Valentine's Day and it looked like a spring floral arrangement and not one for Valentine's Day. I was disappointed to find out the amount that he paid for something so simple. He requested lilies and roses and I got 1 lily and carnations and other flowers. The very next day my husband called and the florist told him that for the amount he paid he couldn't get roses. It disturbs me that a business which prides themselves on customer service didn't attempt to rectify the situation. I would think they would have tried to do something to retain us as customers but they didn't care enough. I am so displeased. This was his first time ordering from this business and will most likely be the last.

Got flowers here for my girlfriend's mother's funeral. The flowers were well done, and exactly what was asked for and expected, and were delivered to the church in a timely fashion. Would buy from here again.
