So today Dekalb county sanitation came to my house and unfortunately broke a pipe. They called Pam the Plumber and she was there quick. Very efficient and professional! She and he assistant Mike were both very professional and made sure were had rumning water and good pressure before they left at 930pm after being there for several hours while the county was still working. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely will call them for ANY future plumbing iasues!

Broken pipe, 6:30 a.m. work day..argh! Pam out at home by 9:00 a.m. Investigated, gave me options. Had to replace the pipes from the meter in yard into and through the basement of my townhome. I chose the all copper, for longevity. Pam scheduled me for next day - one back hoe, 2 diggers, 2 guys in/out of the townhome doing what they do - all done in 7 hours. Best $1,800.00 investment! The guys were all older, they knew what they were doing and worked as a team - I couldn't have asked for better and I feel I got great value for what they did. All works like a charm now. Fair pricing, no issues with scheduling.

Pam the Plumber has a great reputation for her plumbing skills. I wouldn't know, because she came once, told my client what needed to be done, and then didn't come back when she said she would, nor did she call – for three days.
