Wow. This experience was amazing. The staff gave us a quick brief on what to expect. They were very cordial, efficient, and professional. The food was soooo very good - and non-stop. The variety and cuts of meats were so impressive. DO NOT fill up with salad early. Pleasure your palate with the tender, succulent and savory morsels that will come your way approximately every three minutes until you've had your fill. Well worth the visit and we plan to repeat it at our earliest opportunity. The best Brazilian steakhouse in Fairfield
Went on Valentine's day. Short staffed, no liquor license, no working bathroom on the entire 1st floor of the mall. It is in a mall, with mall restaurant kids working and trying their best to run a 5 star priced restaurant with 2 star training. Hot food was cold, salad bar was goodies straight out of the jar, and the dishes were heavily mayo based. It was awful, we gave up, tired of eating the bad food. And the cost!! $160 for 2 people before tip. That's even more than a real Fogo De Chao. And Fogo this was not. Save your money and your date. I don't expect this place to last much longer than the 4 months they have been open. The kids were running around, bless their hearts- but gauchos they are not.
After having my fair share of Brazilian steakhouses, I realized how special Pampas is. Their meat selections are all unique and delicious! They even have pescatarian friendly options. They are very well seasoned every time. The grilled sugar/cinnamon pineapple and melted cheese with honey is to DIE for. And I just realized that grilled pineapple is not a staple in all Brazilian steakhouses, which should be a crime. Their meats aren’t the only thing to rave about, their customer service is phenomenal. Rafael the manager is fantastic and you can tell he’s very seasoned in a management position. This is by far my favorite restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone!
Literally just dined here for dinner. Beautiful inside. The food is amazing! If you want to have a date night this is it, take your time eating, drinking, and the a movie afterwards why not. My family came to celebrate a birthday and my wife and I want to come back for our own date night next month. I didn’t make reservations but we had to prior before coming.
Great food and great service. Stopped in for couples night and took advantage of the special pricing. Was not disappointed. Just as good as the other restaurant they have in Vacaville. Its nice to have one a little closer to home. The ambiance and decor was nicely done. Looking forward to coming back again in the future. Definitely plan to bring friends and family in for special occasions.
Whatever the management is up to at this place it Hass to stop and they must be stopped. They have no liquor license. They have no restrooms after 830 wants. The mall is closed and you can no longer walking to Macy’s to use the restroom You have no options to go and relieve yourself. And this is a open salad bar how is anybody washing their hands before digging into the food? This is ridiculous. They charge you the rate and afterwords charge you a cash gratuity of almost 20% separate and give no receipts. I definitely do not recommend this place. I believe they’re running a fraudulent Establishment. And
I live in the Bay Area, and my husband and I love Brazilian restaurants, and this is by far the best one I’ve been to on the area. 1. The servers and staff were very hospitable, polite, and attentive 2. The salad bar was exceptional especially for a lunch on a Sunday, with a lot of interesting and delicious dishes. 3. The meat was absolutely to die for. Fantastically seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sauces like chimichurri and tomato salsa were delicious. Sh 4. Did I mention the service was exceptional thank you Lucy, Enrique, Rafael. We will definitely be dining here again. I highly recommend it!
TLDR: definitely not Fogo. Bad experience from start to finish. 2 entrances but no one to greet you from the mall entrance and no indication that you need to walk around. No liquor license despite advertising drinks on their website. Bathrooms out of order. Probably would have left right then if it wasn't Valentine's day. Things did not improve though. Food was mediocre if I'm being generous. Service was non existent, we had to flag someone down for everything. Gauchos don't know their meats and either overcooked or wildly undercooked everything. Price was just insane. Way more expensive than Fogo de Chao and nowhere near the quality. Save your money and pass on this place.
We went on Tuesday night 6 PM. Place was completely empty expect for 1 group. Wonder why ! Salad bar had bugs They have all the standard Brazilian steakhouse meats but the quality is 2/10 to say the least. Lamb chop stunk! Literally no flavor They ran out out of cheese bread, as if the place was packed lol They ran out of jalapeño steak They ran out of cheese and honey. I don’t understand how do you run out of this when you’re a Brazilian all you can eat place AND the place WAS empty !! Like how Oh and to think that with all this you would actually get some sort of discount on your bill because you didn’t offer what you promised. NOPE we got full bill. I didn’t ask for a discount it’s not what I do. But BASIC customer service practices tells you to do something about it. I had service 3 stars just because our server was actually nice. No wonder why the Palo Alto location closed, this place should be SHUTDOWN. What a waste of drive and money. Just look at all the 1 star reviews, very consistent. I don’t understand how anyone gives this place 5 stars lol what an embarrassment
Pampas is brand nee to Fairfield and I am so happy that it is here. I took my son here for his birthday and it was a great time. The food was amazing, large variety salad bar. The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. I couldn’t wait to see what was going to be offered next. The restaurant was very clean and all of the staff was extremely professional. This is exactly what Fairfield needs. I will definitely go back again. Everyone should go support and check out the Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse in Fairfield!!!
