Pampered Pet Services Resort & Spa is well known for the excellent care we give to our clients’ pets. We will spend extra time with your cat or dog to ensure he or she feels loved, comfortable and happy. We think of your pets as our kids!

We provide an array of services for your furry friend such as dog boarding,cat boarding, doggie daycare, in-home pet sitting, dog walking, dog grooming, indoor swimming, hydro therapy and obedience training.

We understand that your pet requires more than just the basic needs, such as fresh water and feeding. So, whether you choose to have one of our pet sitters care for your dog or cat in your home, or have your pet stay at our Resort & Spa, we will provide world class care!

We have been using Pampered Pet Services since 2005 (before they even had opened the building in Dundee). All of my dogs, throughout this time, have enjoyed both the dog walking services and the daycare. I trust them to come into my home and take care of my pets when I'm at work. I have also boarded my dog, and all went well. The staff is very nice and my dog is excited every time he goes in there and sees them. I am thankful for this service to help me care for my pets!!

They have both doggy daycare and a kennel. I have 2 huge mastifs and they can accommodate them easily

I loved the place when I first started taking my dog there, I signed her up for puppy classes which she barked the entire time and in that environment she was disturbing all of the other dogs,I asked after one lesson if we could continue when she got a little older and I was told no and I would not get my money refunded or applied to any further training. After about 4 months my dog got bit On the ear by another dog and was taken to dundee animal hospital.when I met them at the hospital the two employees were comforting my dog with great concern. They soon left with me to keep a towel on my dogs ear which I as bleeding perfusely. The next time I took my did back to day care the owners would not even look me in the eye, never apoligized, just completely put me and my dog out of site, out of mind. I know these things happend and I was expecting a I am sorry and let me give you a free day of daycare, but, nothing! Our animals are our children and I feel they did not even take the time to acknowledge my child wAs hurt. 🐾🙁

We went for a swim session and did not really know what to expect - when I spoke with them over the phone everyone was very nice and timely in their responses. I would say my expectations of the swim session was greater than what we actually experienced. I had imagined that the time would be broken up between assisted treading from the pet pal but also with time for our boy to free-swim/jump in after a toy/have fun. Unfortunately the walk space around the pool was small so it didn't really accommodate what I had envisioned (which isn't necessarily anyone's fault, just not what I had hoped for). One other thing I was not happy with was being unable to allow our second dog, who came with to watch, to use 5-10 minutes at the end of my first dogs 30 min session - I read that if you wanted your other dog to swim you need to schedule their own time slot but when I talked to someone over the phone (and told them I was concerned about scheduling my second dog a whole 20 mins in case she didn't like it, since this was our first visit) they told me they could allow her to take a dip just to see if she liked it, but when we brought that idea up in person they said "no we don't do that." I respect their rules but felt like if it was never going to be okay that the person shouldn't have gotten my hopes up on the phone. I would suggest this place for swimming if you are looking for therapy as the pool and pool room doesn't seem to accommodate "fun swimming" (and the pet pal only allowed our boy to tread water in one place with a life jacket on and then have him take breaks). I think it is awesome for healthy exercise and joint relief! I think we will be trying another place that has a deck and a ramp and also allows you to have more than one of your dogs in at a time at no extra cost. We might return to this place for therapy every once in a while.

My older dog goes to Pampered Pets for swim therapy and we are so happy with it. The employees actually get in the pool with her and help her swim her laps, making sure to give her rest breaks when she needs them. She is showing a lot of improvement in her hips with just a 20 minute swim once a week. I would definitely recommend swimming therapy for any older dogs with arthritis. Also, I've brought my younger dog there just to play in the water and burn off some extra energy.
