Feel very comfortable leaving my family member here. We've been using this service for one year very frequently, both overnight and for day care services.
 I've had three dogs in my lifetime and utilized many dog services. This is the best by far. Very easy drop off pickup and the personnel love their customers. Professional.

During a recent family emergency I was able to board my dog on short notice as well as have her attend daycare on her none scheduled days.  The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to take care of my family while knowing that my dog was being well cared for by her “second family”.  She loves going to daycare regularly.  We love watching her play football with her playgroup and are happy with all the Facebook posts.  A big thank you to the Pampered Pets Hospitality Center of Toms River.  I’m so glad I found you!

Outstanding pet daycare. We have left our dogs there for up to 3 weeks and they were very happy there.

Horrible experience. I told them I did NOT want my Maltese mix dog shaved, just clean up beard, eyebrows and bathe. Nails too.  I explained that he was a rescue and to please be gentle because he had bad past experiences with grooming.  They shaved him and kept him in a nose muzzle for the 2 hours he was there.  When I picked him up he looked naked and scared to death.  They claimed his hair was matted. I brushed it everyday.  It was overgrown, but clean and shampooed 2 weeks ago. Now my dog is freaked out. All the care and trust I worked on with him is gone.  I lost it for $58, trusting that they would do their best as they were recommended by a neighbor.  I wish they had just called me to take him home if he was difficult. Zero animal compassion. PS. I had to bring him to the vet the next day. They told me his ears and rear were never cleaned, and it's in the package. Total cost: an additional $87.
