Highly recommend Pacific Plumbing! I called them for a clogged drain. Marco and Ray were punctual for our scheduled appointment. They worked quickly to resolve the problem while maintaining a tidy work space, and also cleaned up afterwards. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about your situation. I called for service twice and both times, Mark sent guys within 2 hours to perform the repair and one time he came himself. He understood the timely nature of our need for service. Great service from Pacific Pluming. I struggled with a leaky faucet for weeks trying to fix it. Ray & Gabe come over and everything fixed in 20 minutes. I was never so happy! Very professional, kind, trustworthy and personable!  I knew they'd need to cut into drywall in order to fix the leak and I was concerned about what it would cost me...  after the leak was quickly fixed, the cost ended up being far less than I expected. Anytime I need plumbing services in the future I will be reaching out to them.

Would've been a 5 star experience BUT I found the communication/organization from the scheduling & admin side pretty week. Basically had to call numerous times to ask what's going on and they tried to reschedule/cancel once BUT as far as techs and in-home service experience was 5 star. Pricing was fair - I would recommend Pacific to someone but just give them heads up about office communication issues.
