Atrocious customer service. I had my husband pick up take out on his way home, the restaurant is about 20 min away from where we live but on his way home. Being a vegetarian I was excited to see so many options on the menu however when I got my dinner there was chicken in it. I proceeded to call the restaurant and ask them to credit us the meal since I was unable to eat it. The manager wanted me to bring the food back and have it remade, but being 20 minutes away with a child that needed to go to bed, it really wasn't an option to go all the way back there. After much debate she did agree to credit me for the meal but then continued to insist I bring it back. Ive worked in the restaurant industry in the past and the only thing that should be said to a customer that has a problem with their food is I'm sorry! She did not once apologize and went as far as to say that she would be doing me a courtesy to credit me for the meal. I will needless to say never be ordering from here again which is a shame since it would be a convenient place to pick up food for us and we love Thai!

I have celiac disease, and multiple food allergies, including a carrot allergy. I've never had the difficulty I had here anywhere else. They flat out refused to allow me to order fresh rolls without carrots...because they didn't feel like making FOUR new ones. I'll never order here again, which is sad because otherwise their food is delicious. But I am apalled by the lack of consideration and the attitude I got when ordering.

Excellent food. Tasty choices for vegetarians and for people who love spicy food! My favorite is the basil fried rice with tofu....loads of fresh, crunchy flavorful veggies in your spicy, fragrant basil fried rice. The service is also excellent and the take out is super quick.

If you haven't tried it you are missing out. Fresh and authentic Thai. Best Thai food west of the 128 Beltloop!!!! Amazing service.
