I took my daughter in for a keratin treatment. She rushed the process. Her hair looked has if she just used the blow dryer. She pretented to flat iron her hair wants I enter back into the salon. Then she add an extra 10 dollars to the amount she told me over the phone. Then she finally told me I am not to experienced with black hair. I explained to her u are stealing from your customers and wasting their time, just to get money into the store.

I've been a customer here for over 2 years, and when I first started going the prices weren't bad and I was always treated well, and never had a complaint about my services.  The prices just kept going up and up, and the although my stylist is the same, she has an assistant now who does almost all the wrok, but I pay her "senior stylist" prices.  I'm sorry to say that I'm going to have to find another salon.

wow is all i can say!  i recently received the chakra massage with crystal.  she is awesome.  i usually have a hard time completely relaxing when receiving spa services and that was definately not a problem when i left there yesterday.  crystal did a awesome job. the front desk staff was so accomodating!  they had my favorite tea and i even got to sit in the waiting area with a hot pack on my neck to help me relax before i went in.  i will be back for sure, well worth the money! i would reccomend crystal to anyone thinking about trying out something relaxing!
