Bad customer service lady was very rude. 
In fact, it was striking enough that I made an account to actually review this place.  I had been excited to check out another local bakery.  I will not be returning here as there are so many other options in the Tri-cities with adequate customer service.

The bread is great in the afternoon when its fresh and warm and delicious best bakery ever since its been remodeled they have new people that ive never seen before and they bring a nice precence to the bakery

I thought this was going to be a great bakery but I tasted the bread and it tasted like it was expired. There's better bakeries around town like vieras in Pasco with a great bread!!
