This place is amazing! Dr Pappas and his dental assistant are the best. They make sure you are well informed on what they are going to do. Having high anxiety about the dentist has always been an issue for me, but Thomas made sure I was relaxed and comfortable during my last visit. All of their staff is sweet and genuinely cares about their patients. I will never go anywhere else.

I have had experience with 6 different dentist in panama city in my over 50 years here, but never experienced the complete satisfaction I had with panama city smiles. excellent in all facets of dentistry. Special shout out to Thomas. Excellent greeting from all ladies at the front desk also.

I just started going to Panama City smiles after hearing about them in a flyer.  Everybody there from the office help to the dentists and other staff are so friendly.  They will work with you to make your procedure affordable.  Thomas the dental tech is amazing.  He is so kind and supportive and listens to you.  He and Dr. Pappas did everything to help me through my procedure.  Their number one priority is the patient.  I have been to many dentists in my life and nobody has treated me as well as I have been treated at Panama City Smiles.  They are amazing.  I am trying to convince my sister who is terrified of dentists to go there.

I have never liked going to the Dentist but from the beginning until now, I have never been treated by the staff and the doctor like I am here. The entire office makes you feel at home. They are so caring and what is important it is not fake. It is in their hearts already. What a blessing they are to me. I have a brain tumor and Primary Progressive MS and it is not easy for me but they make me feel so comfortable. I love going to the dentist now. Would recommend to all.

Dr Patel and his staff(Thomas and Pam) and dr Patel himself were Very friendly they helped me with everything that I needed and answered all the questions that I had this was the best dental experience I have ever had and tell everybody they need to come here thank you Dr. Patel and Thomas for everything. During my extractions Thomas was very helpful in keeping me comfortable and Dr. Patel did an outstanding job of taking care of me during the process
