Today was VERY warm for these workers in here. The ac is not running and they had to have the doors open. It easily had to have been in the 90's. These guys deserve major kudos for doing the very best they could with this heat. Store owner, you need to get your ac running for your employees. The heat is miserable in here and your workers deserve some kind of major praise!
I have eaten here many times over many years. I don't think I will anymore. Burritos were so small, like nothing at all like they used to be. Added extra meat for the first time ever and still small. Wish I had not because it was all chewy and gross. Biggest concern was nothing seemed hot. I kept having to spit out cold tough pieces of uneatable meat and just when I was wondering about the safety of my food, I pulled a big long hair out of my mouth. Threw the rest out. Mine and my family's. This place used to be so good. I cannot believe how bad this was.
The food I received from Pancheros today was Fantastic! I was helped by an amazing woman named Mercedes! She was incredibly kind and provided great customer service. I will be coming back in the future and recommending this location to others!
Not enough food!!!! This is the second time this month I decided to try Pancheros over qudoba and chipotle and worst decision ever! Bowl was a baby sized bowl 4 bites your done money completely down the drain for a second time food quality is down here as well I just wish I would have chose better for myself never coming back again to waste my money.. they should be ashamed taking peoples money to give them a scoop of food smh shameful
The hottest sauce was just smokey, no real heat. But the customer service was great. They had a new hire that was very professional. He was engaging with kids about movies they just came from seeing, while making their food, and joking with the parents. Felt very family friendly.Food: 4/5
I ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak and extra chicken. The bowl I got was smaller than the bowl I usually get with just steak. I counted 6 pieces of steak in the bowl I got. The portion differences between ordering in person when you can watch them and ordering online is ridiculous. .Food: 1/5
Mexican meal produced SubWay style. Mediocre food served with by a low-energy staff. Salt is the most dominate flavor. I'd rather go anywhere else.
Waited.....and waited.....and waited. Had to leave as service was unbelievably slow. Never would have gotten out in under an hour. I'm typically very patient, but this was atrocious. Went to Qdoba and was served in 5 min.Food: 1/5
At what point do the workers realize the tortillas need to be round and have no holes. This is beyond unacceptable to the point it’s comically bad. The facility also could benefit from a few towels, a spray bottle of sanitizer, and a broom.
On all my reviews I'm 100% and with this review it won't be any different. Stay far away from this place guys. They have drug addicts as management, they have young clueless 19 year old kids as management. They cross contaminating so badly in this place. Dirty, nasty, fruit flies everywhere. And if you don't know about fruit flies I suggest you do your research , hell if you're reading this you're in Google right now - go educate yourself real fast. I even saw a short Mexican guy with a chipped tooth shoot boogers into a trash can. He might've thought nobody saw it but I did, unfortunately. I even saw the Steve urkel looking black girl at the register arguing with door dash drivers, They don't change out pans for new products. So when you guys eat, it's usually from a pan that they used earlier that had old product mixed in. It's disgusting. You guys should really stop eating here. This place can go to hell.
