Went here about a year ago and ordered again today. The quality has gone way downhill and they have cutback the portion sizes but still charge the same. Two tacos here equate to one medium taco from other Mexican restaurants.
1st time ordering and the last! So you’re telling me I spent $18 on rice sour cream cheese beans and meat? No lettuce no tomato not even corn salsa unless I pay extra. I pay these prices at chipotle for more! What the hell?! Never ordering from here again unless I want over priced food with half a container worth. Rip off! I asked for utensils…didn’t even get that. DO BETTER!
I've been going to this place since it opened. The staff is friendly, and the manager could be a little nicer considering they're running a business for customers and not just dollar signs with name's. As for the employee/staff they are very hard-working people, and I let them know I appreciate their time and effort when it comes to choosing what I want to eat. I would recommend this place.
staff has no idea how to make a good tortilla or wrap a burrito properly. they immediately fall apart as soon as i unwrap the foil. will not be coming back here as ive never had a problem with any other pancheros location.
I ordered two bowls, the amount of food you get is really small, even I payed for double carnitas, still has a little bit. The taste is not that great, go to Chipotle instead.
First time today coming here for dinner for takeout. My bowl was small, and they forgot the cheese. Food was good though.
Food was good, customer service was atrocious, the lady I think was the manager was so rude I felt like just leaving without even finishing my meal. will not be returning there’s plenty of other burrito places to go where you won’t be treated that way by staff don’t waste your time.
Nice. Simple, fresh, fast, good price, clean, great service from genuinely good humans. Tortillas made to order. Your order. I always make my tacos way too big. Perfect.
I should actually give them a zero. I've been coming to this place since they opened. I just order a take out. Im very disappointed at how much they give you and still charge the same amount.
Ask for your receipt EACH time. Every time we go in we're either charged for something we didn't get or ask for. They're hoping you don't want your receipt and won't offer it either.
