They have 5 stars for a reason. Tucked behind a business, you could miss it easier than catching it off of a busy Saginaw rd in Grand Ledge. Pictured and devoured is Carne asada tacos. Will go back for everything else on the menu.Dine in: NoTakeout: Yes
This is exactly what I was looking for! Simple authentic food that’s perfectly priced. Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the Grand Ledge area stop by. They also had coke in the glass bottle : Side note: Google maps took me behind the nail place but it was actually behind the Sanctuary
The food here is so good and the service is friendly. I've tried to make his salsa Verde several times but just can't come close. It will be well worth your time to come here and get some great food.
I am so disappointed in Pancho’s. I used to frequent here at least once a week back in 2018 and it’s gone downhill. Everything there used to be bursting with flavor and after last night it’s safe to say I will not be back. The tacos were the blandest I ever had from them or anywhere else not to mention just how much their prices have gone up. I get inflation has made things harder and more expensive all around but wow. It used to be $6 for their taco dinner and now it’s pushing $11? That’s almost double. I’m sad to say it but Taco Bell across the street would have had more flavor than here.
Good food. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, and they added avacado. I also got the tacos with pastor, which were not bad...not quite authentic...was topped with tomato, goat cheese, and iceberg lettuce...but...it came with a lime. My mother got the chicken quesadilla, just plain with cheese and meat...good but not great. they have 3 types of salsa...green is mild, red is medium hot, and orange is a good brew that slowly creeps up on you...the trick eat something. location has moved apparently to over by the red salamander and sancturary spirts. food truck does not provide a seating area next to truck. opens around 0930.
I'm usually hit this spot once a month but last 2 times have not been good. Cold meat not seasoned enough and portions are smaller. I know u can do better Pancho if u want me back.. but for now I dont plan on returning anytime soon.
Really enjoyed the asada tacos and the barbacoa tacos. Can't wait to come back and try more.
My coworkers and I order from Poncho’s quite often. The tacos corn quesadillas are awesome. Orders have always been fresh, made to order.
This place is just not what it used to be. Ordered steak nachos and got chips and onions I give it a -9 out of 10 sorry not sorry
Gotta step it up Ponch. Service is excellent. Prices a lil high for quality. Food was a lil disappointing to previous visits.Food: 3/5
