First off who ever the little Mexican lady is at the register with her running makeup needs to be fired for her attitude... The worst customer service I've ever had!!! Walked in ordered with my co worker he got a 2 entree I got a 2 entree and I was second. I ordered half and half with orange chicken and teriyaki the lady asked me 3 times 3 TIMES sauce on the side or on top I asked on the side. I get to the register she asks again sauce on the side or on top I'm like 3 times I told you.. Then she rings me up I asked for a small drink she gives me my change I ask for my drink she says you said no drink then walks away from me to help another customer!!!! At this point I'm like screw the drink so we walk out we eat in the car because I didn't even want to be in the restaurant, I open my food guess what no teriyaki sauce!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in this location with this lady working.. Worst service I've ever had at panda...

The food here was perfect. I waited not too long they got everything I wanted ready even though they were out of the item, they still made it right up for me and I just really love that location

Orange chicken is great and best chow main, I love 🐼 express. The place is always clean too.

I arrived at the store at 9:40 pm. Store closes at 10:00 pm. I said I wanted 4 combo plates to go. I looked at the food, and there wasn't enough to feed 4 people. I asked the female server if she would prepare some fresh food for me. She said they shut down the cookers at 9:30 and did I want to get food or not. Rude. Had there been a selection it might have been ok, but the little food that was there had been sitting and looked nasty. I'm very disappointed. They should post that they don't prepare food after 9:30 pm. I drove 10 mins to get there and arrived 20 mins before closing. Ridiculous.

I just went to the store and had a issue with Merlina(Cashier-Asian girl) she really was not helping the coworkers. The line of people was long and she didn't bother to move a finger to keep the line moving. The people in front of me ordered a lot of food and a lot of the food was not available they had to wait and I just needed only a side of walnut shrimps and I kindly asked her to help me and her response was that she had to take out her money drawer and didn't have time to help me. Looks like she was just waiting to clock out. I usually come during lunch time and the service is always perfect! Afternoon shift needs a strong teamleader! Bad service, Bad quality and Bad attitude! Client should always leave happy!
