Anna is one of the best servers  I have came across while visiting panda.. she is the definition of excellent customer service. There was no walnut shrimp  but she made me feel at ease . Don't worry we can make it in a few minutes. I felt like I was being taken care of. She also gave me a drink for my wait. I was surprised  and loved the luxury service she offered. At the end when the food was ready she walked over with my order and said thank you. She is greatly appreciated!! We need more Annas in the world :). She also gave me a compliment on my makeup skills. Please give her a leadership role. She deserves it! Keep it up Anna if u see this. People do appreciate  you.

Panda Express to me is a very nice place for quick Asian food. To be honest, I generally prefer family-owned restaurants to a chain, but as far as chain restaurants go, this is pretty nice. Sometimes you can experience a wait for food, but I do like the spring rolls a lot, and the portions are sufficiently large to fill you up. This is a nice place for fast Chinese food.

I love Panda Express and across the board the food is generally consistent, except for the Altamonte Springs location. I don't know what they are doing in that kitchen and after 3 times of subpar food, I have given up on them. I would rather get in my car and drive to a different location, before going to this one again,  which is in very close walking distance. The last time I went, the taste of my dish was so off putting that I permanently severed ties with this place. This was after I had been told by others that the food at this location was not good, I guess I just had to waste my money and learn the hard way. Get it together over there.

This location sucks!!!! Avoid it please. I feel bad because my husband and I love panda and we have had amazing food at all other locations but this one.  Which sucks cuz it's the closest one to us.  Every time i go to this location I have to call my husband before I order and let him know how the food looks and if its worth getting food from here  and most of the time it's not. The food is always old and only have like 5 peices of chicken or meat per dish. One time the person serving me actually served me extra noodles (I'm assuming to make up for the fact that all the food looked like trash) then a girl which I'm assuming was a shift supervisor came and very rudely told the server I was served to much noodles. The server didn't want to take it off my plate because he felt bad because it was already on my plate. so she got angry snatched the tray away from him and said "I'll do it" and removed 50% of my noodles. I felt very awkward. So not only does the food suck but management isn't the best.  
What is wrong with this location? Something needs to change.

Not the best. Certainly not the worst but still not good at least when I went there. Food was cooked but lacked any kind of real flavor. They were missing a lot of options when I went too, said they would make it for me but still they should have it already ready. Not warm either. It looks like they don't do a whole lot of business, this was during lunch time too.
